Working Hours

A normal working week is 40 hours from Monday to Friday, divided into the 5 working days with 8 hours per. day incl. 15-minute employer-paid break. In addition, a 30 min. break without pay. Normal working hours are calculated within the period from kl. 06.00 - 19.00.
Continues the recordings / other work after 8 normal working hours per. Today, a supplement of 25% of the normal hourly wage is triggered in the first hour and a supplement of 40% of the normal hourly wage in the second hour. Overtime in addition to 2 hours triggers a supplement of 135% of the normal hourly wage. After 10 working hours per. day is triggered a 20 min. employer-paid break with light consumption/ per diems.
The location of working hours is determined and announced no later than the day before, where the employee's start and end time must be stated. If the working day is placed within the normal time (06-19), the meeting time must be notified at the latest at the end of the work the day before. If the working day is placed outside normal hours, the meeting time must be notified no later than 4 hours before the end time of the day program the day before.

Night Hours/ overtime / working late

Delayed special time is a flexible time scheme, which means that within a 40-hour normal working week it must be possible to work up to 10 normal hours a day for 4 working days without overtime pay, in exchange for the employee having the right to take time off on the 5th working day. the normal working week. 10 normal working hours include a 15-minute employer-paid break. In addition, a 30 min. break without pay. The day off must be immediately before or after a weekend

Overtime Monday – Friday

After 8,5 hours (included 45 minutes lunch) you will have to pay overtime as follows:

Compensation for travel when shooting on remote locations

When working on remote locations that requires accommodation for more than 5 days the producer and the crew´s representative can agree on the following:
Working hours every day from Monday 06:00 to Thursday 21:00 and Friday 18:00 can be counted together up to 37,5 coherent hours without overtime. After 40 hours the following 15 hours is compensated with 50% overtime before 100% starts. Working after 21:00 is compensated as normal night hours.

Per Diems

A lot of the danish film crew member (especially A-crew) has a financial supplement which are negotiated individually.

Actors’ Rates

For feature films, the minimum rate for actors is now 2.600 DKK per day. Costume/makeup rehearsals 775 DKK /4.hours. Script rehearsals 1.550 DKK /4 hours.

Usually an actor gets anything between 6.000 and 20.000 NOK including overtime.

Post sync is normally half a day's pay.
