Proposed as a continuation of ‹Crossmedia Transmedia - Multiple-Plattform Storytelling›

Interactive Storytelling and Transmedia Narratives combine strategic, crafted story experiences that can be constructed over television, novels, cinema, theatre, internet and mobile. Transmedia scripts will be cleverly structured within an architecture for gameplay and levels of immersion for the viewer/user/player/reader and also allow options for interactivity and sharing storyworlds. It is critical for transmedia producers, broadcasters, publishers and game developers to have writers that are educated in transmedia narratives and interactive storytelling. This 2-day hands-on course will explore how story and gameplay combine and participants will have the opportunity to begin crafting their own interactive story. Participants will be expected to be familiar with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and blogging, if possible.
