Food and accommodation costs during the workshop are included. Travel expenses are at the expense of the participants.
*Up to 5 participants from countries with an emerging economy are eligible for a half or full scholarship covering expenses for travel and subsistence.
Schedule
- 01.12.23: Confirmation of selection
- 05.12.23: Assignment of software licenses to participants who need one, followed by an online software training if necessary
- 15.12.23: Assignment of film projects
- 18 - 24.12.23: Conference call for each team
- 29.12.23: Delivery of a shooting schedule (first draft) by assistant directors
- 04.01.24: Delivery of a budget (first draft) by line producers/production managers
- 06.01.24: Start of workshop
- 14.01.24: End of workshop
- 15.02.24: Delivery of the final schedules and budgets
Selected assistant directors and line producers/production managers are expected to work on their assigned project from 15 December 2023 until the workshop starts.
Following the workshop, adjustments to the results are to be made before final delivery.
