Audiovisual Women

Audiovisual Women equips female professionals in audiovisual companies with the necessary skills and tools to drive change, embrace digital innovation, build professional networks, and achieve a cultural shift within the companies. The initiative strives to support its participants to ensure their businesses' sustainable and successful development.

Audiovisual Woman is designed for female professionals in mid-to senior-level management positions, offering a highly interdisciplinary and unique approach to training and professional development. The programme focuses on topics such as (digital) leader-and entrepreneurship, innovation and change management, communication, motivation, and conflict management.

The program will run in five modules from October 2022 until March 2023. The modules consist of a combination of live on-site and online training, 1:1 business coaching, exclusive networking opportunities and a self-study phase with access to online courses.

Thanks to FOCAL’s cooperation with Erich Pommer Institute one female industry professional from Switzerland can participate in the programme, with a reduced participation fee.
