One female audiovisual professional from Switzerland can participate in the programme, with a reduced participation fee of 500 EUR.                                      The regular participation fee is 2.200,00 EUR.

AUDIOVISUAL WOMEN, an initiative of the Erich Pommer Institute, offers a unique opportunity for women working in the audiovisual industry to enhance their skills, network with industry experts, and access coaching opportunities. 

The programme includes online, and on-site workshops led by seasoned experts who provide guidance and support participants advance in their careers. It also includes access to some of EPI’s exclusive Trainings and individual business coaching sessions.

The programme is designed to enable and empower women at different stages of their careers. This transformative programme is open for female professionals from mid- and senior-level management positions and aims to foster inclusion, diversity, and gender equality in the media industry. The programme's last module is aimed at hiring managers or decision-makers in their companies.

The programme elements focus on topics such as (digital) leader-and entrepreneurship, business development, innovation and change management in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world as well as communication, motivation, and conflict management. 

The programme will run in five modules from November 2024 until April 2025. 

Thanks to FOCAL’s cooperation with EPI, one female industry professional from Switzerland can participate in the programme, with a reduced participation fee.
