Featuring five modules that together cover the entire animated film production line, Animo belongs to the few software programs designed specifically for that art, as chosen by studios like Warner Brothers and Dreamworks. Because it enables networking, the program represents a powerfully useful tool for teamwork, automating various toilsome tasks like cartoon scanning and coloring. Yet it is equally of service to authors interested above all in safeguarding the clean lines of their drawing and developing their own aesthetic (Michael Dudok de Wit, FATHER AND DAUGHTER).
