Discussions, based on case studies of various video games and interactive works, in order to facilitate the approach by audiovisual professionals to the interactive communication market, from the initial concept to the distribution networks
Interactive storytelling is at the heart of the new digital media. Although this new realm of creation is in some ways related to the dramatic composition and narrative principles of linear audiovisual creation, it does have its own rules. These call for a specific type of writing and, by the same token, for authors in possession of specific skills.
The discussions, based on case studies of various video games and interactive works, will be geared to encouraging and facilitating the approach by audiovisual professionals to the interactive communication market, from the initial concept to the distribution networks.
